In October, 2019 the implementation project 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP at the Avira plant was implemented

Because the organization has a difficult organization structure, approval of documents took a lot of time. Also it was required to solve the following problems:

  • Reduce the number of paper documents;
  • Create uniform electronic archive of documents;
  • Increase the speed of work with documents;
  • Provide effective control at all levels of execution, statistics on work with documents;
  • Unify documents;
  • Create a possibility of remote work with documents
  • Provide quick search of information.

In July, 2017 the management of Avira LLC made the decision on the choice as the automated electronic document management system of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product. The partner for implementation and maintenance selected Automation Ucheta-Inform company. The main criteria for in the choice of the partner were: presence of the specialists having experience of implementation of this software product, the cost of services of implementation, existence of positive reviews from other large enterprises.

Works were performed:

  • the analysis of an operating procedure with documents of primary accounting,
  • determination of groups of admission,
  • description of business processes,
  • setup (document types, templates of routes, document templates, folder structure, numerators, nomenclature of affairs, planning of actions, actions, absence of employees, armoring of premises, calendars, working time, files, processes, mail, forum, EDS),
  • key user training,
  • exchange with a system "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2": directory synchronization, seamless integration.

This product solved problems of automation of turnover of white papers of organization, including collective work of employees on their approval, a statement, registration, accounting, acquaintance, consideration, execution control, etc.

As a result:

  • the transparency of business processes increased;
  • the performing discipline increased;
  • the efficiency of approval and document approval of the organization increased;

The product allowed to create the centralized high-available electronic storage of the internal, entering and outgoing documents. It should be noted that 1C Company carries out full-time work on improvement of a product, increase in its functionality and reduction to compliance with actively changing legislative and regulatory base of the Russian Federation according to electronic documents.

A system is brought into operation since October, 2018. A system supports processing of 50 interiors, 10 types entering and 8 types of outgoing documents. Works on creation of earlier being absent regulatory base for electronic document management and office-work are actively conducted. 120 jobs are automated.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Training in group at office of the customer

    • Accounting and control of execution of instructions
