Business of the company develops, and the decision on need of implementation of a modern TMS system which would allow to manage effectively transportations and own park of vehicles of the company which has over 100 cars of different loading capacity became the next important step. Relying on positive experience of other users and having carried out the functionality assessment, the management of "Avto-Evro" stopped the choice on the AXELOT TMS X4 system.

Implementation of mechanisms of accounting of own vehicle fleet, fuel and lubricants, repairs, spare parts and units and also integration with the system of satellite monitoring were the priorities set for the specialists of AXELOT who were engaged in project implementation. Integration of AXELOT TMS with a corporate information ERP system, "1C: Accounting" was also necessary.

The standard functionality of control block transport provided by the AXELOT TMS X4 system practically without completions closed basic needs of the company regarding the cost accounting on own motor transport. Accounting of spare parts and units, accounting of development of buses, fuel and lubricants and waybills is implemented. Regarding satellite monitoring integration of the existing system of the customer with TMS regarding accounting of a run of motor transport and tracking of volume of gas stations on DUT sensors was carried out.

System implementation of AXELOT TMS allowed to adjust technology processes of management of own park in "Avto-Evro". However, the company management is not going to be satisfied with what has already been achieved – process automation of management of transportations is planned for the future, this functionality is also provided by a TMS system from AXELOT.
