Avtodor Purchase develops a management system for purchases

On March 27, 2014 it became known of signing of the contract between Avtodor Purchase LLC (is a part of Avtodor Group) and Cognitive Technologies group on creation, implementation, maintenance and technical support of the automated information complex of planning, placement, coordination and control of purchasing activity.

And all its subsidiary companies will be included by Avtodor Group in structure of the automated control system for purchases, including own marketplace which completely automates lifecycle of purchasing activity, beginning from requirements planning in goods, service and order placements on the Official website of the Russian Federation of purchases (OOS), signing of the contract with the winner of the competitive procedure, before monitoring and quality control of agreement performance.

Olga Uskova, the president of Cognitive Technologies group, noted: "Avtodor Group traditionally uses electronic procurement and several years in a row becomes the traditional winner of national rating of transparency of purchases. Therefore creation of a single system of automation of purchases and electronic marketplace - a logical step in development of purchasing activity of the company. The created system will automate purchasing activity not only group of companies, but also all its affiliated enterprises which number grows together with increase in number of projects and roads which are built and serviced by the company".
