The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the first stage of creation of the unified information system of Avtomobayl Ltd, the owner of one of the largest portals of Runet in the field of trade in the Automobile.ru cars and also the printing edition "Avtomobil". Based on the solutions "1C: Accounting 8", "BIT:CRM 8", "BIT: Treasury and budgeting. PROF", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" at the Tyumen office of the company is automated financial, accounting and tax accounting, budgeting, treasurer transactions, customer relationship management, payroll calculation. Functioning in a single system of economical department, accounting, sales department, personnel department, administration is ensured. Now 23 jobs are automated. Also connection to the system of the Moscow office and automation of data exchange between bases of offices in Moscow and Tyumen is planned. Automobile.ru — one of the largest car markets of Runet integrating in itself service of declarations of car sale, responses of car owners, the directory of a car. On the portal cars of popular brands as new, and with a run are provided. Information on pluses and minuses of model is available, there is an opportunity to compare the selected car to other cars of this class, to browse declarations of sale of cars schoolmates, news of motor shows, special offers.

To system implementation on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform in Avtomobayl Ltd only accounting was automated, data of other divisions were stored in separate files. With growth of business and volume of the processed data problems with operational obtaining reporting information began to arise. Besides, it was required to automate budgeting, to create uniform base for work with clients. For the solution of these tasks the decision on creation of the single system allowing to automate all key business processes of the company was made. It was necessary to ensure functioning of the following divisions of the company:

• economical department;
• accounting;
• personnel department;
• sales department;
• administration.

The project was charged to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as it has long-term experience of project implementation of complex automation and own program developments for the solution of assigned tasks. As a result of the examination conducted by specialists of "BITS" for project implementation the products "1C: Accounting 8", "by BIT:CRM 8", "BIT were selected: Treasury and budgeting. PROF" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" as they allow to organize work of all divisions of the company on a single platform "1C:Enterprise 8" in optimal terms and with acceptable monetary costs.

Within two months specialists of "BITS" executed integration of software products for creation of a single system, data transfer in new base, provided user training. Access isolation to a system provided to each employee access to all information, necessary for its work.

The following tasks are automated:

• cash management (approval of requests for an expense);
• planning of the income and expenditure budget, budget of cash flow;
• drawing up payment schedule;
• obtaining financial statements;
• accounting and tax accounting, formation of the regulated reporting;
• personnel records;
• payroll;
• storage of a contact history with clients;
• setting task to sales managers and control of their accomplishment, etc.

Now setup of a system and user training at the Moscow office "Avtomobayl" is conducted. Setup of exchange between bases of offices in Moscow and Tyumen is planned.

The company management notes the following results of implementation:
