On April 10, 2014 announced AKAM integrator implementation in the company Azimuth of the joint venture of the solution "1C:CRM PROF".

Project Tasks

Denis Borisov, head of sales department:
  • When in our company there was a question of increase in number of loyal clients and sales level, we first of all thought of increasing efficiency of managers. The additional tool was for this purpose selected from work of employees – the new program "1C:CRM PROF" became it. With its help we expected not only to increase the speed and quality of work of managers, but also to integrate all departments of our company in uniform information base.

For April 10, 2014 60 employees Azimuth of the joint venture work in the information system "1C:CRM PROF": representatives of departments of work with corporate clients and with diplomatic clients, department of service, department of insurance and crediting, direct sales department, accounting, logistics.

Project Results

In three months of operation of the 1C:CRM PROF system Azimuth of the joint venture reached:

  • time was twice reduced from the moment of the order until issue of new cars: now new cars appear at public eyes quicker.
  • accelerated information search about cars, a design of sales.
  • setting and control of tasks allowed to increase efficiency of managers by 20% that caused growth of direct sales without staff increase of specialists.
