BBR Bank applied technology to economy of a toner, ink and paper

On November 9, 2016 the COMPAREX company announced system implementation of optimization of resource management of printing of PretonSaver at head office "BBR of Bank".

Project Tasks

At head office "BBR of Bank" several printers of different producers are used. Originally for cost minimization the staff of "BBR of Bank" used standard means for economy of printing: special settings of printers and toner. The result did not meet expectations and in addition to printing quality loss, the specifics of settings of the corresponding functions on each printer required costs for corporate environment of the company. The IT management of bank addressed specialists of COMPAREX for printing process optimization.

During the crisis period of the company aim to optimize any costs, in particular on the equipment and supplies. For expense optimization on printing specialists of COMPAREX offered the IT management of bank the implementing solution PretonSaver.

Project Results

With PretonSaver implementation the head office "BBR of Bank" on a quarter reduced the budget by the organization of printing without loss of quality.

Now many companies are in search of ways of optimization of the expenses, but, as a rule, at cost reduction are forced to go on compromises. For us it was some kind of pilot project according to the results of which we considered further implementation in all offices of bank. I will tell fairly, at the initial stage, there were doubts in the promised efficiency of a product and an opportunity to visually see result. In half a year of use of a product we with confidence can tell that the solution really works and brought already significant economy of the budget on printing. We are grateful to specialists of COMPAREX that at the next stage of cooperation could propose the solution optimal on all indicators.
