Specialists "1C: The first BIT" completed the project of complex automation of the company BEV on the platform of solutions "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8", the press service of integrator reported on July 11, 2013.

Start

Earlier the program which became outdated over time and ceased to satisfy to requirements of the company was applied to accounting in BEV. Due to the development of primary activity of the enterprise — the need for creation of a new information system arose removal on the market of new brands of cheeses, expansion of a distribution network —. It was required to automate accounting and tax accounting, payroll calculation and personnel management processes, accounting and the analysis of trade operations taking into account industry specifics of the company.

In an analysis result of the market of domestic software products solutions are selected "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8". The company became the partner in implementation "1C: The first BIT".

Implementation

During the project specialists "1C: The first BIT" carried out installation of software products on workstations, configured operational data exchange between configurations, executed necessary completions for implementation of specific requirements. Organized operational data transfer from the previous program, provided consulting and methodological support of specialists of the customer. 20 jobs are automated.

The 1C: Accounting 8 program provided high-quality conducting accounting and tax accounting according to requirements of the Russian legislation. The customer could reduce time for preparation of the regulated reporting, tax accounting became more transparent for users and auditors. Accountant officers had ample opportunities for the analysis of a status of activity of the company and the key financial performance, at the same time need for additional manual calculations disappeared.
