The BELTEL system integrator completed the project on upgrade of corporate network of Russian Standard company as a result of which his employees got access to all to the types of communications which are available today both during the work at office, and beyond its limits.
For the purpose of improvement of workflow and increase in its efficiency by the management of corporation the task to optimize methods of communications of employees was set, namely: e-mail, instant messages, voice and video communication; and also to provide a possibility of use of these types of communication at stay out of office.
The solution proposed by BELTEL company is based on a complex of the products connected among themselves: Microsoft Lync Server 2010, UPATS of Avaya CS1000 and Exchange Server 2010.
