BFT: automation of control and auditing activity in the Komi Republic

The "Budget and Financial Technologies" company brought into commercial operation a system for automation of control and auditing activity of "ACC-Budget Control" in the Komi Republic.

Implementation took place within the project on complex automation of activity of authorities of the Republic which became for BFT to the 1900th.

Increase in efficiency of planning of control and auditing activity, holding control actions of control authorities of the Komi Republic and the analysis of the results received during checks was the purpose of implementation of "ACC-Budget Control". A system covers as Management of financial and budget supervision and interdistrict auditing departments of the Ministry of Finance, and the main managers of budgetary funds of the Republic.

Project deliverable became standardization of control and auditing process in state institutions, interdepartmental coordination when planning and holding the control actions, ensuring data transparency received during checks. Process of preparation for holding control actions became simpler, raised efficiency of tracking of accomplishment of the planned checks in reporting period and control of elimination of violations. "ACC-Budget Control" allowed to prepare statistical reporting on completeness and efficiency of the held control and auditing events (including in a form of Rosstat), to accumulate the structured information on the carried-out inspections and violations for the subsequent analysis and acceptance of management decisions.

"ACC-Budget Control" is a part of the complete solution "Electronic Budget" constructed on the principles of the Concept of creation and development of the integrated information management system by public finance "The electronic budget" of the Government of the Russian Federation and the common information space directed to creation for management of region economy.
