BIT 95 (1C: Trade Management 8)

The St. Petersburg branch of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project on implementation of an information system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform in the BIT 95 trading company. A system includes three configurations: 1C: Trade Management 8, 1C: Accounting 8 and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". As a result of project implementation 60 jobs are automated, problems of receiving operational management information, management of a warehouse, accounting and personnel records are solved.

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade successfully automated the following processes:

• purchase management;
• inventory management;
• sales management;
• pricing;
• planning;
• cash management;
• accounting;
• payroll.

As a result of project implementation "BIT 95" received the modern and convenient tool for the analysis of activity of the company, trade management and also accounting and planning of the HR policy.

Putting into operation of an information system based on 1C: Trade Management 8 allowed to adjust effective work of company management, accounting, finance division, purchases, sales, a warehouse, delivery and repair shop. Proceeding from the existing management structure, also some mechanisms of a standard configuration were finished.
