In the Russian division of BNP Paribas international bank the document management system and business processes of DocsVision 4.1 is implemented. The project was implemented by Digital Design company. Within the project tasks of office and archive are automated.
The bank needed to automate processes of registration and accounting of the entering, outgoing and internal documents, to organize their structured storage and to optimize business processes of maintaining archive.
According to Vladimir Klushkin, the director of information technology of PNB Paribas, the company a system which would allow to solve assigned tasks without serious completions was required. The ready-made solution implemented on the DocsVision platform – the module "Management of Documents of Archive" was selected.
Now in a system 25 employees of the Russian division of the company work. Further development of EDMS is possible due to increase in number of users and automation of other processes of document flow, in particular, of stream scanning of documents.
