EDMS THESIS is implemented in BTA Bank

On February 20, 2019 the company Haulmont company announced system implementation of TEZIS in BTA Bank Ltd. On a withdrawal of bank, the THESIS system optimized document flow in the organization.

Prerequisites

Activity of bank is integrated to processing of a significant amount of documents in which a large number of employees is involved. Many business processes assume interaction of different departments. To accelerate work with documents, to organize the convenient system of their storage and to increase control over execution of tasks, the management of BTA Bank made the decision on implementation of EDMS.

Choosing a Solution

Having compared characteristics and possibilities of different products, the customer stopped the choice on the THESIS system. It purchased the Expanded editorial office EDMS which gives freedom of development and flexibility, noted in Haulmont.

First of all, she allows to solve classical problems of document flow: automate office, management of documents, setting of instructions and control of their execution. It is possible to configure business processes according to needs of each customer using the visual designer.

Course and results of the project

As of February 20 the customer already began to use EDMS. Thanks to it in bank the speed of work with documents considerably grew. The management of bank and its divisions can obtain at any time the most complete and timely information for decision making.
