Content

Due to the big number of staff and lack of the effective instrument of control of performing discipline, company management of BTK group the decision on automation of process of accounting and control of the instructions distributed between employees was made. The choice fell on the solution Conteq TaskSpace developed by Conteq company based on Microsoft SharePoint. The ready-made solution Conteq contains necessary functionality and can be adapted for a broad spectrum of customer requirements. Conteq TaskSpace has the intuitive interface and provides complete transparency of the movement of instructions from the creation moment before end.

Purposes and tasks projects

The management of BTK group faced the following number of problems which required the solution:

  • employees have no overall picture of the current tasks from the management with terms of their accomplishment and priorities;
  • the lack of understanding, what is the time to be spent for accomplishment of instructions by each employee that leads to uneven loading of personnel;
  • lack of uniform regulations and standards of creation and issue of instructions;
  • on a feedback with the contractor of a task to be spent there is a lot of time;
  • lack of informing about approaching completion dates of order.

Solution
