Digitalization of train traffic at 22 BAM and Transsib facilities
For 6 months of 2024, the Railways Division National project the Russian equipped 22 objects and the BAM Trans-Siberian Railway Amur Region, Khabarovsk Territory in the Republic with modern automation. Buryatia This was 1520 Group of Companies announced on July 18, 2024.
Microprocessor centralization of MPC-EL of its own design and production was introduced at stations and trips. With its help, the dispatch personnel can control arrows and traffic lights through a computer, monitor the operation of the equipment, and detect pre-failure conditions.
The system performs self-diagnostics of devices, blocks external cyber attacks, minimizes operating costs throughout the life of the equipment.
Russian equipment is adapted to a harsh climate, reliably works at extremely low temperatures. For automation, protection against impulse overvoltages is provided, which excludes the possibility of failures during lightning strikes and switching in power grids.
Digitalization increases the efficiency and safety of transportation, ensures an increase in the throughput of highways.
The work is part of the second stage of infrastructure development of the Eastern landfill (BAM and Transsib).
Transfer of two BAM facilities to digital control of train traffic
In the Khabarovsk Territory, the companies of the ZHAT GK 1520 Division (part of the National Project) introduced microprocessor centralization of their own MPC-EL designed and produced at the Etyrken station and 3169 km of the Baikal-Amur Railway. The work is part of the modernization program for the Eastern Railway Landfill. About this GC 1520 reported on May 27, 2024.
The MPC-EL system allows you to remotely control switches and traffic lights, set train routes, and self-diagnose devices. In addition, it blocks external cyber attacks and minimizes operational costs throughout the life of the equipment.
Russian automation is adapted to the harsh climate of the region, reliably works at extremely low temperatures and is protected from impulse overvoltages.
Digitalization of traffic control increases transportation safety and improves the efficiency of railway lines.
2023: Implementation of MPC-EL
In the Amur Region, the ZHAT GK 1520 Division equipped five trips to the Baikal-Amur Railway with Russian digital automation. About this GC 1520 reported on August 24, 2023.
On the roads 2062 km, 2081 km (section Dugabul - Uncur), 2905 km (section Dugda - Nora), Zvonkoye and Blokpost 3048 km introduced the first domestic microprocessor centralization system MPC-EL.
With the help of MPC-EL, you can remotely regulate the operation of switch electric drives, traffic lights and other floor devices. The system allows you to establish train routes, monitor equipment parameters in dynamics and timely identify pre-failure states. Built-in cyber protection eliminates unauthorized access to digital technology. Hot redundancy of all components provides high reliability.
The microprocessor systems that GC 1520 implements at BAM are adapted to the harsh climate of the region and operate smoothly at extremely low and extremely high temperatures. In addition, all automation is equipped with protection against impulse overvoltages (for example, when lightning hits).
The work is part of the second stage of modernization of the Eastern Railway Landfill. Digitalization ensures reliability and traffic safety, improves line efficiency and reduces operating costs.
