Project Description

The Business Solutions Consulting (BSC) company completes an implementation project of the module "Planning of FOT" of a personnel management system "BOSS-personnel officer" in the Russian representative office "by Bakster International Ink.", developer of medications and equipment. In a project deliverable full automation of the processes connected with planning and control of execution of the wage fund (WF), calculation of social payments and total tax burden of WF of Bakster company is reached.

Bakster International "BOSS-personnel officer" since 2001 uses a personnel management system. Thanks to the broad functionality implemented in an accounting and computing circuit "BOSS-personnel officer", the company could solve all key problems connected with personnel records and payroll. However in process of growth of business and expansion of presence of Bakster International in the market of Russia and the CIS there were new requirements which implementation required increase in efficiency regarding planning and control.

In June, 2008 the management of Bakster International initiates the project on implementation of a managerial circuit of a personnel management system "BOSS-personnel officer" regarding planning of FOT. Project implementation is charged to BSC company.

So, before specialists of BSC the task to automate process of annual planning of tax burden and labor costs and also the standard reporting within the module "Planning of FOT" of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system was set. Thus, implementation of the module should provide: planning of FOT according to different versions of the staff list (taking into account structure of FOT, inflation, taxes by the legislation of the Russian Federation, permanent awards and other factors); costs planning on UST (taking into account a descending scale of rates and display by a separate column in the report); carrying out plan-fact analysis; decision support about input of the version of the staff list in action; transfer of the calculated FOT to the financial budget of the enterprise, etc.

All processes connected with planning and control of execution of FOT of the Russian division of Bakster International are exercised within a corporate system personnel managements "BOSS-personnel officer".
