The sanatorium "Baltic coast" automates resource management of the enterprise

The West Concept holding started the project of automation of the basic economic processes of sanatorium "Baltic coast". The task is implemented based on a product Sanatorium business.

Task

Requirements imposed to a system for the solution of assigned tasks include a number of criteria:

• 1C: Enterprise platform 8.2
• Integration with the SAP ERP system
• Common information space, one-time information input, its integrity
• Modularity of the solution

Key project tasks:

1. Automation of problems of front-office: 1.1. Planning of loading of health resort; 1.2. Integration with the SAP ERP system; 1.3. Room reservation and registration of living; 1.4. Conducting settlement with clients; 1.5. Report generation.

2. Automation of medical functionality: 2.1. Purposes of medical services to patients; 2.2. Maintaining diagrams and schedules of sessions of offices and specialists; 2.3. Purchase management, stocks and holiday of medicines; 2.4. Formation of analytical and regulated reports.

The feature of the project consists in parallel implementation of armoring both at the central office, and in the sanatorium and also in specific cost accounting of the rendered medical services. The project of automation is expected 30 jobs.

The project is performed in close partnership with the "Information Technologies and Consulting" company providing a full range of implementation services and support of SAP solutions in SUE "Petersburg Metro".
