On March 4, 2014 announced Digital Design integrator the final of the project of system deployment of the joint communications on the basis of Microsoft Lync Server 2010 for Baltika Brewery LLC.

Project Task

The reason of replacement of the software - desire of the customer to unify a mail system with the system of Carlsberg Group for global integration and exchange of a contact information.

Project Progress

For implementation of unification of a system of the joint communications of the partner companies, specialists of integrator unrolled Microsoft Lync Server 2010 in a basic configuration instead of earlier used IBM Sometime. Feature of the project - setup of restriction of use of bandwidth of channels for users from regions, in order to avoid an overload of channels.

Development of the system of the automated exchange of address lists between the partner companies in the CIS countries is carried out: Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, being a part of Carlsberg Group that allowed to avoid setup of communication channels for direct network interaction of infrastructure and mail servers when forming the uniform contact list.

Roman Ignatyev, the head of group of development of electronic document management systems of Baltika Brewery LLC, noted: "The carried-out changes allowed us to create uniform communicative space between the partner companies in the CIS countries, at the same time completely to observe requirements of corporate security policy.
