"Antegra consulting" completed the project of automation of payroll calculation and personnel records in PJSC BALTINVESTBANK.
Specialists of Antegra consulting company successfully automated payroll calculation and personnel records in PJSC BALTINVESTBANK, having performed transition to an automated system "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".
BALTINVESTBANK is created in December, 1994 under the name of Baltoneksim Bank. In 2003 the bank was renamed into BALTINVESTBANK.
BALTINVESTBANK network consists of six branches and 42 additional offices located in five federal districts. The central office is in St. Petersburg. Among clients of Bank there are leading federal and regional companies. Since 2007, BALTINVESTBANK is steadily included into TOP 100 of the most profitable and effective Banks of Russia.
Today BALTINVESTBANK develops as the universal bank providing a full range of services to legal entities and physical persons. The bank is one of the largest Russian universal banks.
At the end of 2013 the management of BALTINVESTBANKA came to the decision on need of transition from the separate systems to a single centralized system of 1C regarding personnel records and payroll.
Meetings with a number of potential partners were held and also commercial offers are collected. The second stage of selection was carried out in the spring of 2014, the third stage – summer of 2014.
Based on selection by the winner the Antegra consulting company was recognized. On August 25, 2014 project works started.
Within the project the following works were performed:
- Development of Methodology of payroll.
- Modeling of a system and refining of requirements.
- Interviewing of users and preparation of Technical specifications.
- Installation of a system.
- Completion of a system under customer requirements.
- Data transfer from earlier used systems of 6 branches (1C: Payroll and the personnel 7.7; 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8; and also software not of the 1C family).
- Development of instructions and user training.
- Trial operation.
Also additional mechanisms and completions were implemented:
- Element of the supplementary agreement marked spiskadorabotana printed forms and the employment contract.
- Element marked spiskaizmenen the mechanism of control of the staff list: there was an opportunity to control quantity of regular positions on parent division. This change is necessary for correct accounting of the PIT. Employees can be registered in one personnel division, but territorially they can be located in the different cities.
- Element marked spiskarazrabotan the mechanism on recalculations of an hour wage rate at the beginning of every year. The mechanism analyzes whether the hour wage rate changed at the employee and if yes, that creates the document on size variation of this rate.
- Element of the calculation of average earnings marked spiskaizmenena algorithms regarding accounting of awards.
- Element marked spiskarazrabotan the mechanism allowing to calculate in the end of the year processings to the employees who are on the summed-up accounting.
- Element marked lists the document "Salary accrual" the feature for the choice of transaction is added: complete calculation, calculation of employees for the works agreement, calculation of insurance premiums.
- Element the report Pay-sheet on the basis of the standard report Pay-sheet allowing to create the report with transactions in a day marked spiskarazrabotan.
- Element the calculation mechanism of "deduction for unfinished vacation days" marked spiskaizmenen. The amount is calculated, proceeding from average earnings of those holidays which were used in the advance payment.

- Element marked spiskanastroyen the mechanism of formation of postings on the salary according to the plan of accounts and to rules for credit institutions and also unloading of the created postings in TsTF is configured.
Besides, specialists consultants of Antegra consulting company, provided user training to work with a new system.
The project was successfully complete on May 30, 2015.
As a result of successfully implemented project the staff of PJSC BALTINVESTBANK received the automated system for payroll calculation and personnel records adapted according to requirements of the Customer. Use of this system in the course of work helped to reduce considerably labor costs by conducting personnel records and to minimize errors.
Within the project 60 jobs were automated.
