Planning expansion of retail business, the distributor is going to update a corporate information system. The previous accounting system limits opportunities Baltkam regarding efficiency analysis of a company performance, obtaining the complete and authentic reporting under commodity and financial circuits in required cuts. The existing solution does not cope with the growing information streams any more and by that threatens efficiency of interaction of the company with suppliers and clients.

"Tools of solutions Columbus on the platform Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 will cover conducting commodity and financial accounting, will allow to increase system effectiveness of purchases, pricing and settlement with suppliers, will support optimum level of trade inventories, will more precisely coordinate work of the central office, a warehouse and shops "Baltkam". "For example, regarding management of loads the company will have additional opportunities for routing of transportations and distribution of laid on costs by each delivery. Using solutions Columbus "Baltkam" will also be able to control the level of a commodity remaining balance and to redistribute them between shops according to client orders", - noted Denis Kosenkov, the director of practice of Distribution, consulting company Columbus.
