Baltschug cut down expenses on accounting

Baltschug company (Nizhny Novgorod) which is engaged wholesale and retail of office supplies, office furniture and safes, completed automation based on the 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 systems. The project is executed by 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BITS).

The project is implemented in 1.5 months. 10 jobs are automated. As a result of implementation reports on different types the analyst form quicker and more conveniently as are provided in the standard block of a system.

The functionality of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program allowed the accountant who is engaged in payroll without involving programmers, to make an auxiliary view of calculation with a difficult formula.

Conducting personnel records is optimized. A system allows to manage data on employee occupation, including to keep vacation schedules. Evident reflection of the planned holidays allows to avoid intersection of holidays of heads of the organization. Use of a subsystem of the personnel analytical reporting allows to analyze all necessary information on the movement and employee occupation, receiving the broad picture of personnel structure and real load of workers.

According to the client, the speed of work with information increased in a project deliverable, access to analytical data, settings of programs – more convenient became easier. A new system allowed to optimize costs for conducting accounting and personnel records.
