In November 2024, the transition of Bank Bereit JSC to the high-tech solution ProgramBank.ABS BS was completed. During the migration process, data for the last 5 years was transferred, which ensured the continuity of regulatory reporting generated by the system in automatic mode. This was announced by ProgramBank on December 25, 2024.

In early 2024, the bank faced the need to expand the functionality of the existing automation system. The supplier of the ABS used by the bank at that time was unable to provide acceptable options for implementing the requirements. In this regard, BANK BEREIT JSC faced the need to replace the ABS used.

The system was supposed to ensure the implementation of settlement, cash, deposit and credit operations of legal entities, MBC, as well as integration with the systems used by the bank. In addition, it was necessary to fully automate the formation of regulatory reports, which had previously been prepared by the bank in a semi-manual mode.

In April 2024, having considered the functionality and price characteristics of various proposals, the bank decided to migrate to the systems of ProgramBank. To a large extent, the choice was influenced by the company's proposals for transferring the bank to import-substituting technologies.

The company's specialists, in close cooperation with the IT bank's specialists, carried out work on the installation and configuration of purchased systems in a short time. RKO, credit and deposit modules, MBC banking modules and accounting for conversion operations were set up. This was largely facilitated by unified business processes banks.

In addition, the automatic formation of regulatory reports in the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and to other recipients was configured. Integration with FTS, FSSP, ZSK Central Bank of the Russian Federation is carried out.

The training allowed the bank's employees to fully master the capabilities of the acquired systems in the process of trial operation.

Already in November 2024, the bank completely switched to ProgramBank.ABS BS  . Alexey Trushkin, Chairman of the Board of the Bank, noted that the professionalism of ProgramBank 's employees, a quick reaction to emerging issues and effective management of the implementation project allowed the bank to carry out a successful migration in such a short time.
