Bank of Moscow implements the custom ECM solution

On September 18, 2014 RDTECH and Bank of Moscow announced project completion on creation of an automated system of Electronic Storage of Images of the Credit and Security Bank documentation ("the ECHO the CODE").

Project Tasks

The ECHO CODE system is intended for storage in the structured type of images of the documents included according to the credit procedure of Bank of Moscow in structure of the credit folder. It contains documents of corporate clients which employees of the bank process at preliminary consideration and the subsequent maintenance of credit and documentary deals.

The ECHO CODE system allows to scan and browse documents from remote jobs and also to run for document retrieval on attributes. Besides, a system provides formation of a tree structure of the electronic file of the client and document classification on their main types, providing to the user information in an evident and clear type. Thanks to such functionality as identification and control of document revisions and also audit of work of users with documents on the basis of the implemented differentiation of access rights, a system automatically controls all process of work with documents.

For the most effective and fast work of the user with storage this solution provides package document registration, one of obligatory stages of which is verification of data. It allows to exclude possible errors at placement of documents and provides their quick search.

System basis — the full-function platform of corporate content management Oracle WebCenter Content 11g. The centralized Oracle WebCenter Content storage allows to work with all types of unstructured data and to use universal basic services for implementation of basic functions of corporate content management. As the instrument of stream scanning and recognition of data RDTECH uses the ABBYY FlexiCapture 10 software product in the project. Given software represents the complete solution for tasks on to processing of paper documents and extraction of data from them.

Project Results

By means of system implementation "the ECHO the CODE" the customer's tasks are solved:

• the efficiency and customer service quality – legal entities are increased;
• the centralized storage of electronic images of documents is provided;
• costs are reduced and the efficiency of maintaining operational archive of originals of agreements is increased;
• the efficiency of credit process by optimization of document flow using the ECHO CODE system and its integration with other key IT systems of Bank is increased;
• safety of confidential data is ensured;
• the existing archives of paper documents are transformed to an electronic form.

Svetlana Tolkacheva, the vice president, the director of the department of maintenance of active transactions of Bank of Moscow, noted: "System implementation "the ECHO the CODE" is for Bank the large and significant project thanks to scales of its scope (head office, all regional network, departments of Moscow and the Moscow region) and also due to influence on increase in efficiency of credit work. Having implemented the project on storage of electronic images of documents of credit folders and observing positive effect from it, we are going to move further, having expanded a range of documents and activities of Bank where this system can be used. Among them: file of currency exchange control, protocols of decisions of authorized bodies and persons of Bank, documents of the bill file".
