"The bank of trade financing" uses a biometric system of accounting of working time

BioLink Solutions company jointly with the Premier-partner Bio-Link was announced successful integration of a biometric system of accounting of working time and access control into premises of BioTime into IT infrastructure of BANK of TRADE FINANCING LLC.

Implementation purpose

The management of bank was alerted by the become frequent delay of employees for work and too early goings. The task of significant decrease in delay due to automation of process of a time recording and control of presence of personnel in workplaces in central and additional offices of bank was set for Bio-Link company.

Solution

For the most reliable time recording and the subsequent increase in the overall level of labor discipline the company the decision to implement the biometric BioTime system at head office and additional branch of bank of Bank of Trade Financing LLC was made. The general the number of the employees involved in system operation was 350 people.

At the central office the database of events is located on the centralized server, and in regional offices it is stored in the memory of devices and on an additional remote server. In the set periods occur synchronization between head office and branches, and all data on arrivals and goings of employees get on the central server. The similar configuration allowed to provide to bank minimization of network traffic and decrease in the expenses connected with it.

The head of the security department, the head of department of information security and the head of the HR department became the most active users of the BioTime system.

Each of them uses that functionality of the BioTime system which is necessary for more effective work.

For department of protection is access control to premises, for department of cybersecurity – the maximum control on all events which are taking place in a system for personnel department – payroll on the basis of a worked time and integration with 1C.

Implementation of the biometric BioTime system allowed to achieve considerable decrease in number of delay and absences and also significant cost reduction of money on the salary.

Calculation of money on salary payment to employees became more exact and effective that allowed to pay back costs for BioTime system implementation in the shortest possible time. Now Bank of Trade Financing LLC pays work of the employees only taking into account really worked time.

Thanks to a dedicated server in territorially remote branches allows, the management of bank has an opportunity with an absolute accuracy at any time to learn which of the staff of branch is present at a workplace, to look at the report of delay behind defined the period and to analyze efficiency of personnel.

Also as a result of BioTime implementation costs of bank for collection (due to automation of control of presence of personnel) and increases in the overall level of data security of transactions significantly decreased.
