Main objective of the project was the Service Desk organization and ensuring its effective work due to process automation Incident management, Change management and process Knowledge management. In the project progress the new needs for business process automation on service both internal users, and clients of the Enterprise were revealed. Thereof directories of services and business processes were quickly finished and assigned tasks were successfully solved.
