Banpara Bank Brazil implemented technologies of TrueConf company

On November 28, 2017 the Brazilian integrator Voxel Digital announced implementation of technology of TrueConf company in work of virtual office Banpara Bank Brazil. TrueConf Server allowed to organize video conference for clients of bank in digital departments of Banpara.

At offices of Banpara bank there are no employees, their functions are performed by removed operators, ATMs and interactive booths. Therefore in the joint project with Voxel Digital TrueConf was faced by a task to provide the available interface and reliable video conference between call center operators and the automated meeting rooms at digital offices of bank.

After software testing from many producers Voxel Digital stopped on the solution TrueConf Server for infrastructure and TrueConf Terminal for endpoints. On the basis of API TrueConf the integrator developed the specialized interface. It allows to initialize and complete a call using buttons of acceptance and a release of a call on the speakerphone located on a table in the meeting room.

As VKS terminals the inexpensive standard PCs connected to video walls were used. In the mode of a call the image of the operator, and in standby mode — advertizing filmlets of bank and the short instruction for work is displayed. The constructed VIDEOCONFERENCING system has no screen interface, and it is enough to clients to press one button to initialize a call. The call from the meeting room is readdressed to the free operator, and video calls register on the TrueConf Server server which is installed in DPC of bank.
