IT-Service Group completed implementation of a subsystem Personnel management at "The Barnaul hardware and mechanical plant".
Implementation was carried out within complex automation of the enterprise based on a management system of "IC-missile defense". Thus, by this moment at the plant practically all modules of an information system, including partially Production management are implemented.
The subsystem of Personnel management includes the modules "Accounting of Work and Salary" and "Registration of personnel". In total in a system calculation more than 100 types of the charges and deduction necessary for automation of different complex systems of compensation, with a large number of surcharges and allowances is implemented. Thanks to implementation payroll at the enterprise which average number is about 1000 people is provided by one accountant and the specialist of department of an ACS. Besides, work of personnel department is also completely transferred to a single automated system.
During implementation of a subsystem of Personnel management problems of maintaining the staff list, personnel orders, personal cards and employee personal accounts were automated; maintaining day time recording (sheet); flexible configuration of replaceable diagrams; accounting actually a worked time; calculation of a base pay, allowances and surcharges, sick-lists, child care leaves, annual leaves; calculation and providing reporting under taxes, summary internal reporting; formation of lists in bank for salary transfer on plastic cards of employees.
The subsystem of payroll in a system is closely connected with production accounting modules therefore in the nearest future, after final start of production subsystems, payroll will be closely integrated with such modes as step-by-step accounting in workshops, closing of reports of production and with other specialized modules.
