Basel Aero (1C:Enterprise 8. Control of Motor transport)

On February 4, 2014 the company Gendalf announced implementation in Basel Aero of software "1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8".

Project Results

Implementation of 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 adjusts effective management of motor transport. The statement and processing of waybills and also requests for vehicles takes twice less time now, than it was earlier. Control over a status of vehicles is strengthened, there was an opportunity to timely plan passing of checkups and repairs. As a result it was succeeded to reduce outages of technology, to ensure smooth operation of transport. Costs for fuel and lubricants are reduced almost by 10%.

Standardization of the normative reference information allowed to eliminate discrepancies at the order and acceptance of spare parts and supplies. Managers quickly create purchase plans taking into account stock balance and plans for repair of vehicles. Time for approval of purchase plans is significantly reduced. All this allowed to provide permanent existence in a warehouse of required spare parts and supplies.
