Prerequisites of the Project
Five plants which are releasing an ordinary, facing ceramic, silicate brick are a part of Bashkir Brick group. The plants of group provide with construction materials the most economically developed areas of the Center and the South of Bashkortostan. Implementation of the developed solution at the Customer pursues the following aims: ensuring the centralized monitoring, scheduling and control of execution of requests, increase in cost efficiency of use of transport due to optimization of planning of runs (configuration of runs) and reduction in cost of the product delivery for the end buyer. Configuration of runs represent delivery of the consolidated consignments, and not always all batch goes to one city. Managers of the Sall-center should solve a complex problem — to make an optimal route which will allow to deliver on the way a freight to other localities. At the same time the number of the executed orders increases and queue on delivery decreases. Besides, delivery cost falls — passing transportations allow the company to get an additional profit. It is profitable both to customers, and to the carrier. For ensuring complex approach to satisfaction of customer needs in Call center operators building materials offer not only products of "The Bashkir brick" (brick), but also construction mixes and other goods for construction, sold by the Partner company. Respectively, when planning run it is necessary to consider the number of the places taken by these products
Work progress
Automation at the enterprise affected work of all divisions which are engaged in product sales. Access for users to a system is defined by setup of access rights according to the executed roles. The solution was executed in the web interface on the Lexema.ru platform.
Dispatching system of requests is intended for ensuring control and management of requests for the product delivery to retail buyers (including to small wholesalers) and distribution of requests by machines. At registration of the request necessary information is entered into the system and order cost in compliance with the existing product price list and delivery is calculated. Delivery options depending on delivery date, the directions of delivery, free transport and products which are available in a remaining balance are offered the client.
Buyers can also place the preliminary application for products of the enterprise on the website of the http://bkrb.ru/ enterprise. For what web service for calculation of delivery cost depending on the parameters entered on the website is configured. The customer can select type and product quantity, the address (using service of the electronic card), delivery date. On the basis of the existing price list the cost of products and delivery automatically will be calculated. Data on requests are transferred in a System to the Call center operator. Then the Operator calls back to the customer for order confirmation and refining of necessary information.
Necessary customer information (if the client is registered) and the last customer order is provided to the call center operator. In a system storage following customer information is configured:
- name and details,
- history of all orders,
- segmentation on regular customers; not fair clients, etc.
- additional fields (from where the client learned about us whether he is happy with purchase, notes and order quotations)
Requests are distributed between cars with an opportunity for work with third-party transport. Configuration of runs is made by several parameters:
- to date and direction of delivery
- to the client with one point of delivery in case of shipment of products from several warehouses
- to the client with several points of deliveries in case of shipment of products from several warehouses
- to one or several clients in case of shipment of products from several warehouses
At registration of the request for shipment shipment of products in a warehouse with indication of the driver performing flight is registered. Then information on the planned shipment is transferred to a warehouse of shipment of products. Necessary documents are printed from a system at shipment of products from a warehouse, accounts on prepayment at payment of products by the buyer through the checking account form. Accounting of a remaining balance of products by warehouses is organized. For calculation of a remaining balance of products in warehouses in a system data on the selected products limits of each nomenclature and the plant are registered.
In the built-in system module of WorkFlow creation of report forms in different cuts is configured:
- The analysis about executions of requests in different cuts (by types of products, the directions and delivery points; to payment methods; to shipment warehouses, etc.)
- The analysis of the grouped runs (with different delivery addresses; with uniform delivery date, etc.)
- The analysis of runs by cars for the period and the volume of the transported products
And also necessary printed forms are configured (Waybills for drivers, Requests for the plant for the set date or the period, Orders made by the operator for a certain period and other).
Conclusion
As a result of implementation by November, 2015 on Bashkir Brick group of companies the single system of scheduling of requests for ensuring control and management of requests for the product delivery to retail buyers (including to small wholesalers) and distributions of requests by machines was created. Service of an execution of the request by the user on the corporate website of group of companies is started in work. System implementation increased cost efficiency of use of transport and reduced products delivery cost to the end buyer. The report and analytical forms implemented in a system are irreplaceable in the analysis and planning of business activities at the enterprise.
