Implementation of electronic document management in the GUSP of Bashselkhoztekhnik

The GUSP of Bashselkhoztekhnik is the enterprise providing in leasing agricultural machinery for all Republic of Bashkortostan. Leasing transactions are followed by the large volume of paper documentation, contractual documents and cover letters. Besides, the equipment of the whole republic involves considerable number of clients and imposes special responsibility for efficiency of interaction with them. Therefore for ordering of documentation and quality improvement of work with clients the management the GUSP of Bashselkhoztekhnik made the decision on system implementation of electronic document management.

Choosing a Solution

The automation system used earlier in the GUSP of Bashselkhoztekhnik did not answer modern business requirements. The updates of this system offered by her developers also did not satisfy to requests of the enterprise. In connection therewith, it was decided to depart completely from a former system and to begin implementation of the modern and functional instrument of workflow automation and interaction management – the DIRECTUM system.

For project implementation of system implementation of DIRECTUM the Internet technologies company was selected. One of decisive factors in the choice of the implementing company was the fact that Internet technologies are the Center of the certified training of DIRECTUM. It gives the chance to specialists the GUSP of Bashselkhoztekhnik to take training courses in work in a system without separation from the primary activity, without leaving limits Ufa.

Paramount project task of implementation is automation of work of office and training of the competent system administrator of DIRECTUM. Further it is going to expand significantly a circle of the tasks solved by a system to implement the modules Contract management and Interaction management with clients.
