2025: Implementation of "Paperless F.Doc Office"
with the Network "Be Healthy" help of an electronic signing service F.Doc Paperless Office , she launched electronic document flow with patients, which allows them to sign documents in a convenient online format. The project has already undergone pilot testing in the "Be Zdorov" clinics in Krasnodar Ust-Labinsk () Krasnodar Territory and Frunzenskaya (g.), Moscow And as of September 2025 it will scale up to all the network's clinics. The network of clinics announced this on September 23, 2025.
Within the framework of EDO, through F.Doc, most documents can be signed with the patient in electronic form: contracts for the provision of medical services, patient questionnaires, medical and financial treatment plans, informed voluntary consents to medical intervention or refusals from medical intervention.
The patient can draw up documents online both when visiting the clinic in person and remotely. In the first case, the administrator at the reception forms a package of documents for the patient and sends him an SMS with a link for electronic signing. The client follows the link, enters the verification code from SMS, reads the document and signs it by pressing one button in the smartphone. When providing telemedicine advice, documents for signature are sent to the client by the call center. F.Doc has the status of "Other Information System," which allows clinics to sign electronic documents with patients using the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ESIA) using the service.
For electronic signing on the employee side, the user interface of the F.Doc "Virtual Printer" service is used, which provides easy integration into the clinic's IT infrastructure, as well as easy and convenient to use for doctors and clinic administrators. In addition, switching to EDO and minimizing the use of paper documents is an opportunity for the company to contribute to environmental care.
The launch of a pilot project with F.Doc at the network's three clinics within three months saved more than 50 packs of paper or saved 13 trees from being felled. An environmentally friendly and cost-effective approach allows the company to annually optimally spend resources and direct them to the technological development of the network's clinics.
Since the launch of the project in "Be Healthy" more than 6,000 patients have used the electronic signature service, signing about 20 thousand electronic documents.
The transition to electronic document management using F.Doc opens up the networks of "Be Healthy" clinics to implement best practices for working with patients within the framework of a humanocentric approach and managing the impact on the environment by minimizing paper consumption. This option of signing documents saves clients' time and allows doctors of a medical institution to pay more attention to direct communication with the patient.
The network of clinics "Be Zdorov" is developing within the framework of the global trend for digitalization, actively introducing advanced solutions in the field of digital transformation into practice. We have an ambitious goal for 2025 to enter the top 3 digital clinics in Russia. The experience of launching a digital format clinic in Ust-Labinsk has shown how in demand it is. IT tools within the framework of EDM with patients can improve the quality and responsiveness of the medical care provided, respond more flexibly and quickly to their needs and reduce paper consumption. Seamless integration into the IT infrastructure of EDO clinics with patients from F.Doc ensured a quick start and scaling of the system in all network clinics. Patients of the clinics "Be Zdorov" in Moscow, in Ust-Labinsk, Krasnodar Territory, have already appreciated the convenient possibilities of electronic signing of documents through F.Doc, while the implementation did not require additional costs of technological resources from the company, - said Rodion Stupin, General Director of the network of clinics "Be Zdorov." |
An important aspect of the implementation of EDM with individuals is the correctness of working with personal data. The protection of this array of information is one of the key competencies of F.Doc and the priority of the work of the company and partner - the network of clinics "Be Healthy." The infrastructure and data center of the service meet security requirements for working with personal data, including medical secrets.
One of the priorities of the development of the service Paperless office of F.Doc in the segment of private medicine is the formation and maintenance of the most convenient user scenario for electronic signing of documents both for patients and for employees of medical institutions. We offer medical organizations technological solutions that allow them to natively integrate EDOs into their business processes. Multidisciplinary clinics "Be Healthy" is an example of a network that is focused on the use of technologies both in the provision of medical services to the patient and in building interaction with him. Therefore, a cross-functional team is working on a project for the integration of EDO: technical specialists, lawyers, marketers, administrative and medical personnel of clinics, - said Mikhail Legchenko, director of the Paperless Office of F.Doc, member of the board of the National Association of Health Managers (NAUZ). |
As part of cooperation with F.Doc, it is planned to integrate the EDO service into the "Be Healthy" mobile application, as well as expand the electronic signing functionality through additional options.
