The DataSpace company, the Moscow operator of commercial data centers, and the BEEPER group offering services of outsourcing contact center summed up in the summer of 2014 the first results of cooperation.
Sergey Makarov, the director of the department of information technologies of BEEPERTZ group, comments on the choice made for benefit of DataSpace company: "Our company implemented the difficult technology concept of the distributed contact center in option of a multisaytovy configuration. Creation of processes of maintenance of infrastructure on the basis of service approach inevitably led to high requirements of availability and security of its central part".
