The Beijer Electronics company which is engaged in supplies of equipment for management of technology processes and failsafe data transmission systems started IFS Applications system implementation for the purpose of optimization and standardization of business processes of all group. The cost of the contract is 11.4 million Swedish of kroner and includes purchase of software licenses and service maintenance.
The selected system will be used for management of finance, logistics, production, customer relationship management and also in document management and electronic trading.
The IFS Applications system was selected by the client on the basis of careful market research of information systems. The company the flexible masshatbiruyemy solution with the friendly interface, capable to provide business development was required. The project will be implemented in several stages. Project completion is planned in the second quarter 2011.
