Belaerokosmogeodeziya implements EDMS

On June 2, 2014 the company "Electronic DELO" announced the project of workflow automation in the Republican unitary enterprise of space methods in geodesy "Belaerokosmogeodeziya". In the project it is used EDMS "Electronic DELO".

Project Tasks

The main task set for specialists of Elektronnoye DELO LLC company - process automation of preparation of draft agreements for land management works.

Project Progress

For accomplishment of this task comprehensive examination of document flow of the enterprise on the basis of which the report is made is conducted. In it processes of preparation of draft agreements, their registration, control of execution of works on agreements and fixing of a payment receipt are described.

Results of inspection formed the basis of process automation of a contracted work. Within the project individual templates of printing are developed, additional details for seven document groups on contract activities are configured - it provided accounting, control, search of contractual documents and data on them.

Setup of export of data from the reference book of the program of automation of the financial accounting "1C: Enterprise" is carried out.

Project Results

Managerial document flow of RUP "Belaerokosmogeodeziya" is transferred to new level in January, 2014.

Use of the subsystem "DELO-Web" helped to organize access for heads of each structural division to documents of the enterprise, to connect territorially remote structural divisions to work.
