AMT Group announced in March, 2016 project completion on creation of a system of a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING) in JSC Belgazprombank. The VKS system is developed at head office in Minsk and also in five other cities of presence of bank.

VIDEOCONFERENCING are equipped 10 premises of collective use (the board conference hall, an educational class, an office of the chairman of the board, the room of negotiations) of bank in Minsk, Brest, Vitebsk, Grodno, Gomel and Mogilev. In addition, more than 30 personal jobs of heads and employees are equipped with equipment rooms and software tools of a video conferencing. A system gives an opportunity to corporate users to be connected to sessions of VKS from any place in the world by means of mobile devices.

A system is intended for providing sessions bilateral and multilateral (up to 20 simultaneous participants) to video conference, including external (in relation to bank) video subscribers. Using a system in bank board meetings and collegiate organs of bank, a meeting of working and task forces are held, work of vice chairmen of the board, advisers, the chief accountant is organized. VKS plays a large role in the processes connected with personnel management: training, including remote, employee assessments of directorates, interviews. In addition there was an opportunity to hold conferences with foreign partners.

The VKS system is created on the equipment Cisco. Video conferencing terminals, the server of a multipoint video conferencing (MCU), the call management server, the interaction server with external video subscribers, the server of management and planning of conferences, the server of record and broadcasting and the necessary multimedia equipment are its part (in particular, interactive boards and tablets for demonstration and discussion of training materials, a congress system). In the project the Cisco MX700 models for group negotiation and DX80 as the personal systems are used.

Connection of the VKS system to the existing corporate telephone network is organized, centralized operation with a system with a possibility of the organization of calls as the operator, and in the automatic mode is provided (according to the schedule). Record and archiving of video meetings, and the subsequent viewing / broadcasting archive are provided.

A system is designed in a failsafe configuration by duplication of components of subsystems. For implementation of administrative functions of monitoring and management the possibility of remote access to all components of a system is implemented. Further scaling of a system in the course of which its functionality completely remains is provided, at the same time adding of the additional hardware, licenses softwares, expansion of communication channels, etc. is allowed.
