The control system of execution of instructions is implemented into Belon companies

At the end of February the large-scale project in JSC Belon is complete - the Technologika company implemented at the enterprise the electronic document management system (EDMS) and own development – the control system of execution of instructions (CSEI).

Task

For the customer was important to receive a system using which distribution process to personnel of working tasks could be automated control of their execution is increased. It is also necessary to automate document flow in the developed structure of departments of the enterprise. It was important that two systems solving assigned tasks were integrated among themselves.

Solution

Considering stated specialists of Technologika company came to a conclusion that Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2010 will be the most suitable platform for development of such solution.

To automate document flow between departments of the enterprise, specialists of Technologika company implemented EDMS. The common information space connecting all departments of the enterprise which number exceeds one hundred became result of implementation.

Result

For the solution of a task of automation of distribution of working tasks to personnel the control system of execution of instructions is implemented. Now in a system more than 10,000 instructions are created. The project is complete in time.
