In December, 2006 it became known that the American company Best Buy which is engaged in retail by consumer electronics, computers and software is going to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM in division of Best Buy For Business which more than 1,000 employees sell and service solutions for small business.

A system will provide complex vision of sales process and customer service, supporting the most effective management of a team of the employees leaving to clients for the solution of their technical issues, Jay Devers, the director of department of technical solutions of Best Buy For Business considers.

Besides, the CRM-application will provide an information access about sales, marketing actions, will promote acceptance of management decisions and formation of the business development strategy.
