The Following Functions Were Automated:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM)

Maintenance:

  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
  • Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed

Description

Main activity of Bestek LLC - Wholesale by machines and equipment (Limited Liability Company "Besteq"). When choosing the program for automation of customer relations the fact that the program "1C:Enterprise 8 was considered. CRM PROF" has following features:

  • Management of the customer base;
  • Contact management with clients;
  • Planning and control of actions, coordination of work in time, the system of reminders and issue of tasks;
  • Scheduling, workplace of heads of divisions, acceptance and distribution managers of the entering events, control of load of staff of divisions with a possibility of distribution/redistribution of loading between them;
  • Business process management on work with clients;
  • Sales management, management of stages and stages of sale, the mechanism of operational management and cyclical analysis of sales - "funnel" of sales;
  • Management of marketing;
  • Analytical reports.
  • Multiple factor analysis of sales, ABC analysis of sales, analysis of a status of work with clients, results of activity of employees, analysis of the customer base;

Specialists of Insayt-Alyans company rendered consultation on the choice of the software product, made installation and initial setup of the program in office of the customer and also provided user training on work in the program. Specialists of Insayt-Alyans company also performed development and deployment of the user interface on processing of the entering orders in 1C: Crm.Byli are made: processing of loading of partners from the xls file, Correction of processing under OpenOffice, loading processing accomplishment Control, Writing of processing for installation of a core activity on the completed data, Consultation on loading of the reference book Regions. Thanks to Insayt-Alyans company in the organization customer relationship management processes were automated.
