2020: Delivery of installation of rapid pyrolysis of FPP02

On April 28, 2020 it became known that Energolesprom LLC successfully fulfilled obligations of the export contract and delivered installation of rapid pyrolysis FPP02 to Germany. Energolesprom is the subsidiary company ELP Group LLC formed for commercialization of technology in 2015. RT Investment venture fund and Fund of sowing investments RVC became investors of the project.

FPP02 Installation of rapid pyrolysis

The delivery contract of installation of rapid pyrolysis for processing of low-quality wood in liquid fuel and coal was concluded with the German company Bioenergy concept GmbH specializing in design and construction of the plants of an anaerobic sbrazhivaniye for processing of organic waste. The original patented modular construction of installation, approaches under the sizes of the standard container carrier that allowed to bring her to Lower Saxony motor transport. Design, production and delivery of installation of pyrolysis were performed within one year.

Installation of rapid pyrolysis FPP02 is the automated industrial complex of continuous action, does not require capital construction and can process any kinds of waste of biomass. The technology scalable also allows to process waste as small enterprises in small volumes, and easily increases under the necessary amounts by installation of add-on modules. Installation conforms to ecological requirements of the legislation in the field of environmental protection and has the positive conclusion of the state environmental assessment for processing more than 970 types of waste by 67 codes of the Federal classification directory of waste.
