2025: Creating a chatbot to automate visitor requests

The information portal of medical topics has clinical-homeopathy.ru implemented a chatbot to automate visitor requests. The project was implemented thanks to digital integrator QSOFT, which announced this on March 11, 2025.

More than 300,000 potential visitors visit the clinical homeopathy site each year: doctors in search of specialized information and ordinary citizens or nearby pharmacies. Prior to the introduction of the chatbot, some questions required the personal participation of a manager or specialist. Some customer requests went unanswered, getting lost among the new messages.

Thanks to the appearance on the site of a chatbot with a multi-stage structure and automatic connection to ChatGPT, requests are now processed in 24/7 mode. Users get help finding the nearest homeopathic center and other issues. If the request is beyond the bot's competence, the client is offered a specialist consultation or communication with the operator in Telegram. In addition, the chatbot is integrated with the CRM system, which allows customers to leave their contact details for subsequent communication with the company manager.

With a flexible architecture and modular design, the system easily adapts to changes in business requirements and scales to meet the growing needs of the organization. The chatbot processes more than 500 client requests every month, automatically answering 70% and at the same time, the number of requests left without a response has decreased by 2 times. The chatbot has become an indispensable customer assistant, providing:

  • Search for drugs by symptoms and recommendations;
  • Search for the nearest homeopathic center with the provision of an address, phone number and link to the institution's website;
  • Detailed information on the products presented on the website, including the composition, regimens and scope of use.
