Bonolit - Construction solutions (THESIS)

Bonolit-Stroitelnye resheniya Ltd - one of the largest Russian producers of building materials in a segment of concrete blocks – carried out process automation of work with documents based on the workflow system THESIS.

Bonolit Ltd is based in Moscow area and is engaged in production and sale of a high-quality gas concrete under the Bonolit and "Silabit" brands. The company is the largest producer of a gas concrete in Russia and Europe with a power of production line of 650 thousand CBM a year. From the materials "Bonolit" more than 1.7 mln sq.m residential and trade office spaces in Moscow and Moscow area are built.

The choice of the company fell on a document management system and tasks of TEZIS in March, 2015. The company became interested in a possibility of system testing of document flow in actual practice of the activity.

For automation of activity of the company Expanded edition of the THESIS system with the license for 50 simultaneous connections was selected. In addition to it the company is going to use mobile version on 10 simultaneous connections. In setup of a system the built-in visual designer of processes of TEZIS allowing to automate processes of work with documents of any complexity is actively used.
