About the Project

Peak of Loyalty and Intaro Soft companies completed implementation of a corporate portal for Bonus Networks company on the basis of the software product "1C-Bitrix: Corporate portal". The Peak of Loyalty company as the general contractor prepared the engineering design on implementation of the portal. The Intaro Soft company performed completion of the portal and its setup according to the engineering design.

Information on the Customer

The Bonus Networks company manages several networks selling electronics premiuy a class. Also she is one of distributors of products of Apple in Russia. The company has several tens of retail stores across Russia and abroad. Intensive development allowed one of the networks entering a shgruppa of the companies to become Premium Reseller number one Apple in Europe in recent years. The staff of the company makes more than 400 people.

Justification of implementation of the portal

In recent years the branch network of the Customer considerably grew. There was several new retail chain stores independent from each other under different brands. As a result considerably procedures of informing staff of different branches and processing of the economic requests arriving from shops became complicated. For sellers of the Customer regular training and testing is held, at a large number of the remote shops which are in other cities testing became difficult. To carry out it with the minimum costs the internal website of own development intended only for testing was used. At the same time data on all employees (contact information, dates of birth, etc.) were stored in several bases 1C. There was no unified register of all employees and divisions. There was no opportunity to report news and to inform the staff of remote divisions on events of the company. With implementation of the portal it was going to solve the following problems:

  • Publication of detailed information on the company and employees
  • Organization of storages of documents, version history
  • Time management (armoring negotiation, calendars of events, etc.)
  • Training and testing of employees Automation of processing of service requests

Results of implementation of a corporate portal

As a result of implementation the Customer had an opportunity to provide far off training and testing of employees. There was a unified register of users and divisions. The possibility of reservation negotiation is provided with the staff of the central office. The staff of customer service on a centralized basis receives applications from all outlets and can monitor their accomplishment. Time of execution of requests was as a result reduced. All staff of the company got the centralized access to storage of corporate documents. The company had an opportunity to manage projects of creation and approval of internal documents in electronic form.
