The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated work of new shop "Book Gallery".
Book Gallery is the second project from founders of Britain shop in which automation BIT company was also engaged. Shops specialize in sale of books and DVD disks in foreign languages. Before opening of new shop the choice of the partner in automation was predetermined.
In Britain shop as the program for automation of accounting and operational accounting it was used "1C:Enterprise 8. A set of application solutions on 5 users" which part the 1C: Accounting 8, 1C: Trade Management 8 and 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 programs are. In three workplaces the 1C: Accounting 8 configuration was used, work of the cashier was automated with the help "1C: Trade Management 8", 1 workplace of the administrator was also automated. For registration of sales at the checkout the fiscal registrar is used.
For automation of Book Gallery shop additional licenses for "1C:Enterprise 8 were purchased. A set of application solutions on 5 users", as a result of two sellers-cashiers and the shop director use "1C: Trade Management 8". The fiscal registrar with a strongbox is also applied to work of point of sale. Information on sale is reflected in a vacuum and fluorescent board of the buyer. The cashier can verify authenticity of the notes received from the buyer by means of the detector.
For correct and fast accounting in shop the system of barcoding is implemented. Labels with information on products are printed by means of a thermal printer. At the checkout information from marking of books is read out thanks to the hand one-plane scanner. When carrying out inventory the data collection terminal acts as the convenient tool for fast data processing about a commodity remaining balance.
Connection of the equipment and implementation of programs allowed to open shop in time, having provided fast and high-quality customer service. Automation gave the chance to reduce number of the errors connected with a human factor during the work with clients and also to considerably accelerate inventory process.
