At that time, the customer kept records using local developer software, which did not meet all business needs . Within the framework of the project, a unified accounting and management system was introduced on the basis of 1C: Retail. The work of the office and three stores of the retail network is organized using the distribution information base (RIB).

Project Implementation Results:

1. The company has a convenient, logical and understandable store management system from the central office. You have set up an instant data exchange between the back office and the subordinate databases that are located at the retail locations.
2. All three stores are controlled from a single RIB root node.
3. Sales information is sent to the back office, where the number of balances is automatically updated and the necessary analytics are formed for purchasing planning, assortment formation and other important tasks.
4. Cash settlements in stores are carried out in accordance with the requirements of FZ No. 54 and are automated using 1C: Retail.
5. In retail outlets, the accounting program has been integrated with the EGAIS and Honest Sign systems, which made it possible to sell alcohol and labeled goods in accordance with the law.
