Automation of personnel records and payroll of the company is made by specialists of Aprel Soft LLC using the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program.

During implementation the following works were performed:

• Consultations on the choice of the software product for an optimal solution of tasks of the client are rendered.
• The software is installed on the Customer's equipment.
• Settings of accounting and accounting policy of the enterprise are configured.
• Access rights and interfaces of users of a system are configured.
• Initial training in work in the program is provided:
• modes of start of 1C;
• creation and recovery of archive copies;
• starting assistant;
• setup of account policy of the enterprise;
• input of general information about firm;
• filling of reference books and qualifiers;
• input of opening balances;
• work with reports.
• System testing on serviceability is held.
• Input of a system in operation is provided.

As a result of implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product were automated: registration of personnel and the analysis of personnel structure of the enterprise, accounting of a worked time of employees, process of charge and salary payment, calculation of taxes and contributions to funds, the personified accounting of employees of the enterprise, delivery of the regulated reporting.

Support of the software product is performed through consultations and ITS.
