Project Tasks:

• Relevant position fix of the driver;
• Transfer of automatically created route task and the additional information about the order to the driver;
• Plan-fact report on delivery performance;
• Cost reduction and resources on drawing up routes and formation of waybills.

Project Steps:

• Installation of the software "1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS" in the accounting system of the client, setup and input in trial operation for 2 jobs;
• Installation and adaptation of the application "ITOB: The mobile client" on the customer's tablets: display of optional data for the driver;
• Setup of external processing of data transmission between the accounting system of the customer and the integrated solution on 1C: Enterprise platform 8: "ITOB: Center of logistics" + "1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS";
• Training of staff of the company in complete functionality of software solutions and work with the application "ITOB is made: Mobile client".

Project Effect:

• The complex of software solutions of ITOB allowed to increase company competitiveness of Bourgeois.
• Due to operational work of the logistician and drivers the loyalty of partners and clients with whom the Customer works increased.
• Drivers use tablets where the route task and necessary information on the addressee of delivery is in real time displayed.
• Expenses of time and resources of the logistician on drawing up routes and formation of waybills are minimized, data transmission between systems "ITOB is performed: Center of logistics" and "1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS" and accounting system of the customer.
• The complete solution based on "1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS" allowed to increase development of the CU and drivers and to reduce unreasonable delivery costs of products.
