According to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation "About the Federal target program "Development of TV and Radio Broadcasting in the Russian Federation on the 2009-2015th." works on implementation of universal transition to digital broadcasting and creations of conditions for consecutive shutdown of analog broadcasting are continued.

For branch RTRS "Arkhangelsk Regional Radio Television Transmitting Center" the TeleCore company performed a full range of works from development and design by own design office before delivery and installation of the complete engineering solution Telekor-KZM-3-6 x 9 for multiplexing of network of digital television to Naryan-Mar, the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The complex is united in the uniform modular building and the third consists of three heat-insulated module containers, two of which form the Operator block, and – Hardware. Including, modular buildings are intended for the organization of jobs of operators of a duty shift, and protection of the equipment against adverse factors of the environment and unauthorized access, the complex is equipped with all necessary engineering systems.

Due to limited terms according to the project, production of module containers took less than three months, shipment of the equipment was performed in January, 2014, at adverse weather conditions. Including the minimum term of carrying out balancing and commissioning which was 20 days was required.
