On February 4, 2014 the CROC company announced creation of service ServiceDesk for "British American Tobacco Russia" company ("to BAT Russia").

Project Progress

ServiceDesk provides IT support of corporate information systems in two main Moscow offices, at two factories and in more than 100 regional departments of the customer located in all territory of Russia. In a month the service processes not less than 5 thousand requests of users.

"Corporate services of the company should work according to uniform standards and follow the uniform IT policy accepted in all its divisions. Therefore we decided to entrust our IT infrastructure to the outsourcing partner with a reliable goodwill. It allowed us to optimize considerably management and to achieve cost reduction due to economy on keeping of staff of own IT specialists" — Pyotr Vasilyev, the IT services manager "BAT Russia" noted.
"Our cooperation with "British American Tobacco Russia" lasts about nine years, and interaction scales constantly extend. We began in 2004 — with small projects on support of the equipment; in 2006 started service of 12 service lines "BATH Russia", and now them already 22. Today smooth and high-quality operation of IT services of the customer provides about fifty specialists of CROC who are directly involved in planning and implementation of IT projects, resolve administrative and telecommunication matters and also problems of development of IT infrastructure of the company" — Alexander Faynboym, the head of outsourcing of technical support of CROC company told.
