The company of Brock-Invest-Service completed implementation of the new module "Metaloobrabotka" in the information system "Large-scale Integrated Circuit ACS".
About the Project
In 2010-2011 active development of the direction of metal working became an impulse to serious changes in the module "Large-scale Integrated Circuit ACS" of the same name. Processes of metal working and its accounting are rather difficult and require absolutely other IT level. Key tasks for specialists of Brock-Invest-Service:
- integration into the operating system of stream technological sales of metal with orders for metal working;
- increase in speed of passing of requests due to document flow simplification;
- growth of efficiency of interaction of specialists both in the company, and during the work with the client;
- optimization of a system of merchandising of section of metal working.
In this module the general requirement to all is implemented by "a large-scale integrated circuit ACS" – information should be available to all participating divisions: sales managers can broadcast the objective information to the client, specialists on production had an opportunity to plan execution, to manage a flow of orders and to effectively organize loading of personnel and the equipment. Besides, separate accounting of a margin from sale of raw materials and cost of services of metal working allows to manage efficiency of all process.
