FC Otkrytiye in September, 2008 completed an implementation project of the CRM system of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Project Progress
At the beginning of 2008 in FC Otkrytiye the pilot project was implemented. Then the decision on full-scale system implementation which began in March and came to the end in September, 2008 was made. The project covered division of investment banking services of the Moscow office of corporation. The main attention during creation of the CRM solution is paid to setup of business processes on management of project activity according to own methodology of FC Otkrytiye.
In a new system the mechanism of planning and control of terms of the project is implemented. For each stage of the project the system of business rules which automatically reminds of control completion date of a task is customized and monitors its accomplishment. Within joint work over one project participants of the working group can in a foreground mode using an expanded card of the project find the complete information about a project status, about the done works coordinated and the prepared documents and perfect communications. Each employee of department of investment banking services gets access to that information which is sufficient for accomplishment of its job responsibilities in full.

Effect from Implementation
The CRM system helped to manage labor-consuming expensive projects. With implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM there was an opportunity to create, approve and save project documents, to fix a source of appearance of the client and also to segment the customer base.
