On October 11, 2016 the Buhta company announced connection of service of electronic document management "Diadoc" especially for financially - a managerial complex.
Project Results
Incoming documents from the Diadoc are automatically loaded into the software BUHTA. As a result the stage of manual entry of data is excluded from document flow.
The Diadoc supports exchange of electronic documents between the companies, instead of paper. At the same time the legal force of such documents remains as documents are signed with the electronic signature.
Document types:
- Primary and accounting accounting documents (agreements, acts of the performed works, payment orders, delivery notes, invoices)
- Organizational and administrative and substantiating vouchers (powers of attorney, receipt orders, orders, orders)
- Any other document types accompanying activity of the company (promotional materials, information letters, reports, etc.)
All documents are signed by the electronic signature.
As a result of integration users of a financial and managerial complex BUHTA create documents in software environment, usual for themselves, using its reference books and data, having an opportunity directly from it to send documents to partners, to monitor their movement.
According to previously configured routes, incoming documents are loaded into certain types, necessary fields are filled: supplier, receiver, responsible manager, etc.
